In a world of virtual reality, my soul longs for anything that resembles “real life.” If it does not involve a computer or technology, I am probably interested in it. If it requires old-world artisan skills or craftsmanship, I am drawn to it. If it has rustic charm, nature, family or friends, I can’t wait to be involved!
My wife and I live in the beautiful state of Michigan with our three children. We look for small adventures that seem to be hidden in between the sometimes busy daily activities. These adventures are what memories are made of and what bring real meaning to every day life. Something as simple as going for a short walk in the woods with my family or getting down on the floor with my 2-year-old son to line up dominoes so he can knock them down can recharge the soul and be a huge investment in the lives of my children.
If you have a passion to extract yourself from the business of the digital, fast-paced world and be more intentional about doing REAL THINGS, I invite you to join me in The Unplugged Life!
